I received a registered postal last 2 week ago. I thought it must be document from bank, but it was a SAMAN. I read through the saman and the most important the place I've committed the Speed limitation.
KM64.6 LEBUHRAYA KL-KARAK
I always bypass KL-KARAK highway when i go Batu Caves using Middle Ring Road II but never use the highway. As i just bought my car in 2009, I'm 100% sure it must be a mistake.
The saman didn't put contact number and the only info i know is the saman generate from Bentong Police station. So I do some searching in web and got the number.
They divert me to traffic department. I tell them the story and they ask me some question. In less than 3 minute they tell me:
"Maaf Encik, saya rasa kita telah keluar saman yang silap kepada encik. Berdasar gambar yang ditangan saya sekarang , kereta yang disaman adalah jenis HONDA WISH dan bukan TOYOTA AVANZA. Mungkin no plate yang sebenar adalah WSU & bukan WSD. Kita akan batalkan saman ini. Maaf Encik"
SILAP SAMAN IS OK, BUT SILAP BAYAR IS NOT OK!!!!
