Those using Federal Highway will notice there are a "mini car" on the roop top of Volkswagen center bulding. The car was "stick" at the edge of building giving impatc it is falling down to the ground. This might not new in town and it certainly not new tactic in publicity & Promotion world, yet it still work and an eye cathing view.
