Seem like The "SAGA" continuing their never ending story.

It is reported that Grand Saga will rebuild the barriers to block the access road to Bandar Mahkota in Cheras, following a High Court decision rejecting an ex parte injunction application against the company from doing so...
As mentioned earlier, The "Key" of the issue is Grand Saga & the developer. The State Government just cannot keep their involvement out now. Didn't they realise something called "Settlement Outside Court". Why can't the state government press on mediatiate as peacemaker and don't just jump to either side of opinion.
Suggestion 1 : Built up an exit toll
The resident might not like it but at least can save their time, petrol & frustration. Cost of building up exit toll go to the Developer as the "Bypass road" is not legally recognize by court. Grand Saga Will loose nothing in this case.
Suggestion 2: Compensation as agreed earlier
Back to basic where the developer have agree to pay compensation to Grand Saga. How much?? The state government must be the best negotiator in this case.
