Rights under Laws

Hot topic of the week is Raja Petra Raja Kamarudin in jail under the Sedition Act. Until today he has refuse to meet anyone included his own wife.

I am a regular visitor to his blog. Everyday I spent at least 1 hours reading his articles and others in his blog. What he publish might not truth but it is undeniable give us alternative view, info and thinking in looking issues matter to us.

Much been voice out whether it is right or wrong, legal or illegal, moral issue and possibility of political motive in behind arrest. But the point is what is the law say.

Here in Malaysia we have our law to govern the society and admin the country. Most of the laws is enacted or passed in Parliment. The intention or the motive behind any laws is to better governing. This is primary motive.

Yet in Malaysia, we always have Best policy & best theory to produced yet to the dismay we don't have best enforcement to uphold the spirit of the laws. Thats why we are saying Malaysia is no class in term of enforcement. No class is meaning "Pariah"!.

What make the laws being enforce without prejudis and fair is on the hand of the AG Chamber, juridicial & police. These main authority body is the one who foresee any action can be taken if anyone have breach the laws.

In Raja Petra cases, AG Chamber have decided to charge him under sedition act.

It is the right of Raja Petra to publish any idea and thought in his blog but the same go to the AG Chamber who have the right to decided whether the person is breach of laws. Then all will be decided by Judges or juridicial body.

The political Tsunami have brighten malaysian the important of casting vote in General Election. The effect will sooner of later knocking the door of agencies under the government.
