Giant Hypermarket Usj, Subang won the legal battle

In march 2008, I have posted about Giant Hypermarket USJ, Subang car park being close and the building facing the risk being shut down if no new car park available to public. (Click here)

The latest news is Giant Hypermarket have won back the car park land. It's officially reopen on early this month (MAY 2009).

I thought the case was a normal land dispute matters, until i saw some related info posted in Malaysia Today (Click here)
