（霹靂‧和豐）和豐親善花園背後克拉當烏達瑪重組村高壓電纜下的墳場風波未了，於週日（2日）第四個新墳穴又出現。當地居民在無計可施之下，惟有要求行動黨的協助，希望能把問題解決。
居民表示，墳地就在家門前，是一件嚴重的事件，相關當局及代議士，處理這問題給予拖延，居民要求對話希望把問題盡快解決，但有關當局卻不理會。
梁美明：墳場不符合規格
行動黨和豐也朗區州議席候選人梁美明，於週日下午在黨要薛來、陳蓮蒂等人的陪同下，親自前往拜訪有關居民，並向居民了解情況。她說，要申請墳地，最普通的程序是：如果靠近住宅區，當局首先的工作，就是發函給有關的居民，征求意見，居民是否贊成或反對，如果反對，申請必需取消。
梁氏說，由上述最基本的申請條件看來，因為這是電訊公司的高壓電纜下的土地。上述墳場的申請條件是不符合規格的，應該要被宣布成為不合格的地點，並且取消相關墳場的准証。
她表示，親善花園背後克拉當烏達瑪重組村墳場在居民反對下被批准，出錯的部門是市議會、土地局、電訊公司和行政議會。
她對居民說，這問題嚴重影響住宅區的住戶，等行動黨律師團研究後。才會給居民做出一個應變的方式。

The above issue is about a muslim cementary site have been setup by authority. What is citizen of siput frustrated is the happening of the whole episod is unreasonable and highly controversy.
First it is because the land was under Power Line & Tansmission Tower! Where normally you can see people plant fruit or vege but according to laws, it is illegal to "doing" something below it. Main concern is Dangerous!!...although now it is norm seeing people planting vege & fruits..
Secondary; The cementary setup was not taken care of resident nearby (Muslim & non muslim) view. As according law, cementary must be setup after no resident nearby objecting it.
Thirdly...who want houses with front view is grave..bad for fung shui & bad for house value.
Before I write futher, please take off our perception, bias, sensitively & open our heart to look at the issue.
It happen few month ago when the site was officially taken over by some authority. Prior to this the land is used by resident nearby to plant some fruits & Vege. It's happen that most of the resident in one side is non-muslim (Chinese & Indian)and other side of the land is mostly Malay.As shown below picture;
This is arial view entrance to the location. Just turn in to kampung muhibbah main entrance, straight to end you will see some semi-detached houses.
This is the area which approved as muslim cementary area. Bottom is mostly non-chinese and upper land is malay.
Well coincidently my friends & schoolmate, Lee Wee Seng parent house is just in front of the land. And coincident also her parent are the one using the land previously. Her parent clear the land for some plantation activities is purely just for beautified the place and hobbies activities(His parent have hire bulldozer to clear the Small jungle as previously it is full with Semak Samun & lalang). Most of the fruit or vege is given free to villager nearby (including malays residents)
When the issue first happened, the resident are outcry and fully emotion. They sought help from political party & lawyer but it certainly will take time. Recently the site has "move in" forth resident. The non-malay resident has enough of it and this time as election period, they ask DAP help!
What i think is how stupid the authority to allow the site approved as cementary in first place? Where is the hell in malaysia we have cementary under Transmission tower? Is not about muslim or chinese cementary, is bout grave yard. Is corruption involved? What are they going to do with the "planted" dead people if government admit mistake later and cancel the approval? All this need time to solve it out. It might way up till State government matters.
It's certainly will effect the voter emotion for the resident nearby and it certainly will make the matters worst when DAP are involved.Therefore I do really wish the resident calm down and solve the problem by VOTE CHEAH CHEE KUAN. Only by electing Cheah chee Kuan and make him win, then the resident will certainly solve their issue cause Chee Chee Kuan is represent them in dealing with the related authority. I just can't imagine how DAP candidate can help beside making headline in press & legally sue the related parties. But the end the resident is suffer.
Let Cheah chee kuan solve it as he is represent the ruling party. Think bout it.
