This is one of the main thing you should not miss if you are in Sungai Lembing. For me the main thing why people say this is the best roast pork ever served because it is served
immediately after the meat roasted at just beside. Its taste normal for
me and the "Char Siew" is not worth to mention. As we are in the town
and most of the activities is on morning, just go and taste it.
At
behind the house, you can see the making of pork meatball using
traditional way. Its not a big production scheme but i believe the
processed food is supply to the morning market.
